Donate Bereaved Parent ornament

Thank you for donating an ornament to bereaved parents. Each of these ornaments will be included in a memory box at the local hospital. A tag will be provided with the baby/babies name(s) you are donating this ornament in honor of. 

Please make sure your spelling is correct when entering in the name you want on the ornament. I will make the design based on what is typed in the personalization box.

Design is made with permanent vinyl. The pink and blue resin round ornament is approximately 2 inches. Comes with pink and blue string. This product is for personal use only.
