Are the metal tumblers in your shop insulated?

• Yes, all of the metal tumblers in my shop are insulated. They are great for hot and cold drinks. Since they are insulated, they maintain the temperature of the drinks for hours. 

What is your return policy?

• Due to all items being made on demand, there are no returns allowed. However, if an item arrived damaged, please contact me so we can resolve the situation.

What if my order gets lost in the mail?

• Unfortunately I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If a package does not arrive, please contact me so we can try to work together to find the package.

How do I know that you donated to non-profits?

• Throughout the year, I share donation receipts on Instagram (@LSMagicalCreations) whenever I donate to various non-profits.
